QA Manager, Enterprise Technology and AI

📋 Description

• Define and lead QA strategy for Business Applications, covering functional and automation quality.
• Build and scale a quality engineering practice for Salesforce, Zuora, and related systems.
• Establish end-to-end functional testing across core business processes.
• Lead automation testing framework design for UI, API, integration, and regression.
• Partner with Business Applications, PMO, AI & Automation to embed quality earlier in delivery lifecycle.
• Own QA planning and execution for cross-functional CRM, Billing, and Support processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years leading QA, quality engineering, or test teams for enterprise apps.
• 2+ years leading or coaching technical teams.
• Hands-on leadership in functional and automation testing for Salesforce, Zuora, Zendesk.
• End-to-end testing across integrated enterprise apps, with dependency validation.
• Experience designing/scaling automated UI/API/integration tests.
• Define quality metrics and use data to improve releases and team performance.
