QA/QC Team Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire QA QC operation and ensure the program is run smoothly.
• Support the QA QC Program Director to build up the local team with required sizing.
• Implement internal training and certification process for QA QC engineers.
• Ensure inspection reports are issued on time and accurate with correct delivery.
• Review, approve and issue weekly production reports to customer in a timely basis.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout supply chain to maintain quality and turnaround.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree holder in Textile and Quality Assurance discipline or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years' experience in Quality and Production in a reputed factory or buying house.
• Factory handling capacity and Production Planning Control (PPC) experience.
• Experience in leading team and good management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office; fluent in English.
