QC Inspector

📋 Description

• Complete daily inspection per scheduled work orders.
• Ensure parts ship to customers per specifications.
• If parts do not meet standards, inform SQE and TPM to coordinate fixes.
• Follow the specified process to inspect goods, take photos, record data in required systems.
• Ensure parts are packed with protection for safe delivery.
• Ensure timely shipment booking with Fedex, UPS or DHL to meet SLAs.
• Maintain shipping information in the Fictiv system for traceability.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical Engineer background or QC inspector experience.
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with CNC, injection molding, sheet metal inspection.
• Familiar with reading engineering drawings in English.
• Familiar with Projector CMM operation is a plus.
• Excellent communicator with strong sense of responsibility.
