QC Manager, Apparel (China)

📋 Description

• Oversee QC operations at factories, including raw materials, in-line production, and finished goods.
• Guide partner QC and production on in-line QC; assist first production qualification.
• Investigate quality issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming materials.
• Prepare and submit reports on QC activities, audits, and non-conformance.
• Ensure factories comply with standards and maintain accurate inspection records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field
• 10+ years in quality control, preferably in consumer goods/retail
• QC experience in manufacturing environment and/or field quality
• Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration across partners
• Proficiency in root cause analysis in manufacturing
