QE & Automation Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead QE-owned assurance for Entersekt’s 3DS portfolio, including ACS and scheme certification
• Manage QE engineers across the portfolio and contribute to architectural decisions and test design.
• Drive automation strategy and release quality across regulated, security-critical environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and delivery teams to improve product quality early and often.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software quality engineering and test automation.
• Strong Java knowledge; hands-on with Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven and Appium.
• Experience designing API, web, mobile, integration and end-to-end automation for distributed
• Proficient in CI/CD and GitLab pipelines; familiar with flaky tests and test data challenges.
• Proven track record leading and developing engineering teams; risk-based testing and release
• Ability to influence non-reporting teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical
