QHSE Director

📋 Description

• Lead and drive BESIX Group QHSE strategy across all business lines.
• Focus on Health & Safety with emphasis on Construction and Affiliates.
• Represent BESIX externally on QHSE matters with clients and regulators.
• Oversee governance, KPI frameworks, and data management for H&S, Quality, Environment, and IMS.
• Lead Group HQ QHSE team; manage budget and competency development.
• Drive risk management, incident analysis, and continuous improvement across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership in a QHSE/operational role within construction or related industry.
• Strong risk management and experience turning strategy into pragmatic programs.
• Ability to drive culture change, manage data-driven performance systems, and stakeholder alignment.
• Fluent in English; French and Dutch also required. Willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication and representation skills (internal & external).
