QHSE Director

📋 Description

• Lead the Group QHSE strategy and governance across BESIX Construction and Affiliates.
• Drive QHSE culture, risk management and operational excellence as a core business enabler.
• Report to the COO of BESIX Construction and align with Group/Operational levels.
• Oversee health & safety, quality, environment and IMS initiatives for multiple Business Lines.
• Represent BESIX externally on QHSE matters with clients and authorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership in a QHSE or operational leadership role in construction.
• Strong risk management and complex project experience.
• Ability to translate strategy into pragmatic programmes and drive change.
• Data-driven performance management and governance experience.
• Fluent communication and stakeholder alignment across organisations.
• English required; French and Dutch language skills are advantageous.
