📋 Description

• Build and maintain the Security Quality Management System across agentic investigations and
• Establish sampling methodologies, review cadences, quality standards, and validation criteria for
• Independently review agentic investigation outcomes and compare agentic decisions with expert
• Monitor decision quality, workflow effectiveness, behavioral drift, and recurring failure patterns
• Produce quality scorecards and reporting that explain accuracy, trends, confidence intervals, and
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action validation, then turn findings into practical

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience building or managing quality, governance, operational excellence
• You have experience managing people, setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and building
• You bring a security operations background and understand how SOC investigations, analyst
• You can design meaningful quality measurements, sampling approaches, review processes, and
• You are comfortable building a program from scratch, defining practical standards, and improving
• You communicate findings directly and constructively, maintain independence in your assessments
