Quality Analyst

📋 Description

• Office roles are onsite Tue-Thu.
• Support Quality Manager and team in quality controls and vendor audits.
• Conduct daily audits of vendor service and moderation for accuracy and policy alignment.
• Gather and maintain quality metrics and audit data.
• Coordinate with Moderation, Customer Support, and Global Ops to resolve disputes.
• Participate in calibration sessions on trust and safety policies.
• Test and implement new quality automation tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in quality assurance, moderation, compliance, or trust & safety.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operational auditing.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for audit tracking and trend analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot moderation discrepancies.
• Clear written and verbal communication for audit findings and vendor feedback.
• Ability to troubleshoot quality issues and apply policy rubrics independently.
• Thrives in fast-paced teams; adaptable to evolving safety policies.
