Evaluate and document customer transactions to ensure accuracy
Ensure guidelines are followed to deliver high customer experience and KPI performance
Attend internal and external calibration sessions
Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members

🎯 Requirements

QA experience in auditing, coaching, performance management, and reporting is a plus
C1 German, English at least B2 level
Experience in international voice processes
Experience/knowledge in Banking and Finance preferred
Six months experience in process transformation
Proficient in MS Office; able to work in fast-paced environments
