📋 Description

• Develop and lead chauffeur training academy and programs in KSA.
• Design and expand courses across all chauffeur training segments; manage LMS in English/Arabic.
• Train chauffeurs with partners; on-the-job training.
• Use data to identify improvements and inform new materials.
• Manage auditing, QA frameworks, and spot checks.
• Promote teamwork, sustainability, and a culture of excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in a business environment.
• Clear commitment to quality, professionalism, and delivering high-quality service.
• Deep understanding of luxury service elements and guest satisfaction.
• Experience building quality and training programs in luxury industries with a track record of performance gains.
• Data analysis skills to generate insights and improve approaches.
• Ability to motivate teams and lead with strong organizational and communication skills.
