Quality Associate

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections, document findings, and capture photos in the WMS.
• Identify and report product defects (cracks, dents, finish flaws).
• Use barcode scanners to manage inventory.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, touch-up materials, and packaging.
• Move products using hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, or pickers.
• Unpack, rework, and repack products as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in warehouse or distribution center operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills: WMS, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; maneuver up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Steel-toed boots/shoes required.
