Quality Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Perform hands-on Salesforce data entry, record maintenance, validation, reconciliation, and
• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain infrastructure designs, engineering records, vendor
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive site-level documentation packages for FCC regulatory
• Reconcile engineering records, vendor activities, completion evidence, invoices, and Salesforce
• Establish and maintain document taxonomies, metadata standards, naming conventions, repository
• Develop documentation checklists, package acceptance criteria, and quality controls to verify

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data management, quality assurance, document control
• Strong Salesforce experience, including data entry, record maintenance, data validation, reporting
• Demonstrated experience creating document taxonomies, classification structures, metadata
• Ability to design, build, and test workflow automations using Salesforce Flow, Microsoft Power
• Experience with documentation quality assurance, financial record reconciliation, audit evidence
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, tracking, and reporting, as well
