Quality Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Control Plan.
• Monitor performance against PWS, schedules, quality standards, and QASP.
• Review deliverables, reports, plans, schedules, and documentation for quality.
• Track actions, issues, risks, mitigations, and escalations.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align M365 deliverables with contract requirements.
• Assist with Section 508 review of deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, IT service delivery, QA, QC, in a large corporate or government environment.
• Experience reviewing technical deliverables, status reports, schedules, risks, and action-item tracking.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services: SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure/Azure AD, Intune.
• Experience supporting quality control processes, performance metrics, corrective actions, or process improvement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to complete IRS MBI/security onboarding and required IRS security training.
