📋 Description

• Review applicant files and applications against program-specific quality standards, guidance, and
• Evaluate intake forms, case manager award recommendations, final agreements, income verification
• Identify application deficiencies, documentation gaps, and process issues, then collaborate with
• Assess income limits and verify proof of income and other applicant-provided documentation using
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to case managers to improve file quality and

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in social services or another relevant field, or at least 2 years of
• Previous QA/QC experience supporting a federally funded program is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and
