Quality Assurance Associate Manager, Growth Marketing Operations

📋 Description

• Lead QA for Growth Marketing Operations campaigns
• Build, test, and troubleshoot multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push)
• Validate audience segmentation, personalization, and data accuracy
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and data teams to fix issues pre-launch
• Evolve QA toward automated/AI-assisted workflows
• Ensure deliverability, targeting, and cross-channel orchestration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or related field
• 2+ years QA, marketing ops, or CRM testing
• 2+ years with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, SFMC)
• 2+ years with email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns
• Familiarity with segmentation, targeting, and personalization
• Ability to analyze campaign data with Google Sheets, Looker, or Mode
