📋 Description

• Monitor healthcare documentation and QA reports.
• Maintain dashboards, tracking systems, and monitoring tools.
• Track timeliness and completion of healthcare, incident, and QA docs.
• Identify trends and potential compliance concerns.
• Support internal audits and QA reviews.
• Assist with surveys, audits, and follow-up activities.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in healthcare, QA, regulatory compliance, case management, or IDD service delivery.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent decision-making, time-management, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations and apply them across settings.
