Quality Assurance Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support healthcare compliance and QA activities across the state
• Monitor required healthcare documentation and QA reporting
• Identify compliance risks and trends
• Serve as SME to program leadership on healthcare/regulatory processes
• Support QA initiatives, investigations, and corrective-action planning
• Aid with surveys, audits, and data collection

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years in healthcare QA, regulatory compliance, case management, or IDD service delivery
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong decision-making, time management, and verbal/written communication
• Ability to interpret regulations, policies, and procedures and apply them consistently
