• Own QA standards for compliance in the legal & compliance dept
• Govern QA methodologies and escalation standards
• Perform hands-on QA reviews of compliance work and decisions
• Lead calibration of QA resources for consistency
• Establish QA frameworks, scoring, and reporting mechanisms
• Build broader compliance assurance capabilities beyond current QA

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in compliance, QA, or AML controls
• Hands-on QA reviews, assurance testing, control reviews
• Knowledge of AML/KYC/onboarding and transaction monitoring environments
• Experience designing or maturing QA frameworks
• Ability to identify risk, challenge decisions, drive remediation
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
