Quality Assurance Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve automated tests for the Caseware IDEA Windows desktop
• Work with the existing Ranorex-based automation framework and identify opportunities to improve
• Evaluate alternative desktop automation tools or frameworks where they may better support product
• Propose, prototype, and help implement practical automation solutions that fit the product, team
• Integrate automated tests into existing development, GitHub, CI/CD, and release validation
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools effectively to accelerate test authoring, debugging, analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
• Proven experience as an SDET, Automation QA Engineer, QA Developer, or similar quality engineering
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests for complex software
• Experience testing Windows desktop applications.
• Strong programming or scripting skills, preferably in C#, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with desktop test automation tools such as Ranorex, WinAppDriver, Appium for Windows, or
