Quality Assurance Engineer

📋 Description

• Execute test plans for IVR systems, including call flow and speech accuracy
• Perform end-to-end testing of chat across web, mobile, and messaging
• Validate email routing, auto-response systems, and template rendering
• Test Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, and routing strategies
• Test integrations between contact centers, CRM, and third-party apps
• Develop detailed test cases, scripts, and maintain test data sets

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing or QA
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
• Experience testing multi-channel contact center systems (IVR, chat, email)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in a team
• Preferred: Amazon Connect or AWS contact center experience; test automation and performance testing
