Quality Assurance Engineer - Development

📋 Description

• Maintain and improve the QMS to EN 9100/AQAP standards
• Own quality plans for software-intensive programmes
• Plan and conduct internal QMS audits
• Coordinate with project teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure quality requirements are embedded in development life cycle
• Communicate in English and German with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in quality assurance in aerospace/regulated industries
• Solid knowledge of EN 9100, ISO 9001; AQAP 2110/2210/2310
• Experience with DO-178C and software assurance
• Audit experience (internal/ external) and quality plans
• Liaise with customers and quality representatives at interfaces
• Strong analytical, structured thinking; can handle multiple priorities
