Quality Assurance Lead

📋 Description

• Designing and performing end-to-end quality assurance tests on web content and functionality with a
• Collaborating with developers, product owners, copywriters and designers to review and validate
• Identifying roadblocks and solutions before timelines and launch dates are impacted
• Developing and implementing new quality assurance technologies, standards, and measures
• Exercising discretion and independent judgment regarding testing methods, whether requirements pass
• Reviewing test plans for completeness and clarity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience planning and prioritizing work across multiple initiatives
• Knowledge of quality assurance procedures for web and digital experiences, including AEM content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with tools used throughout the digital development and QA lifecycle, such as Figma
• Experience testing responsive web experiences across browsers, devices, and operating systems
