Quality Assurance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team; drive quality excellence.
• Streamline QA processes; remove redundancies; boost efficiency and compliance.
• Design, implement, and standardize QA systems and documentation.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Studio to embed QA.
• Oversee root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor QA metrics; share insights with leadership; support audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years QA experience; at least 3 years in leadership; full lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years QA in CPG, toy and game, or food/beverage manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading teams and implementing process improvements in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and quality management systems (QMS).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills; effective communication.
