Quality Assurance Manager

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and supervision to the QA team.
• Assist in quality assessment, intervention and enhancement of services and supports.
• Ensure that operational quality processes are maintained through audit/inspection processes
• Data review, reporting and communication.
• Employee training and development.
• Coordinate and lead state quality assurance practices, implementing and leading national standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in human services, and at least 2 years of
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience conducting internal investigations related to maltreatment, licensing
• Experience leading and managing quality assurance initiatives with demonstrated responsibility
• Experience required in the area of developing policies, procedures and practices within the area of
• Experience developing and leading training initiatives, including but not limited to quality
