Quality Assurance Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform, develop, implement, and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly audit reviews, including
• Document and develop controls and reporting for key processes
• Assist in analyzing key performance indicators and monitor key controls
• Use existing data and measurements to make recommendations and observations from reports
• Create reports using existing data warehouse tools and systems
• Assist in process improvement projects, including process mapping, data mining, data analysis

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Associate or technical degree is a plus)
• 1-3 years of relevant technical experience, preferably in REO, default servicing, or mortgage
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
• Understanding of real estate transactions, documents, contracts, title and escrow, and lending
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office with solid Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, formulas)
• Clear verbal and written communication
