Quality Assurance Specialist (Contingent)

📋 Description

• Maintain quality management across satellite subsystems lifecycle
• Conduct incoming inspections; quarantine defects; resolve non-conformances
• Lead root cause investigations; implement CAPA to prevent recurrence
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing and assembly for quality
• Develop inspections and tests for components and final systems
• Manage QA documentation; prepare management quality reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 4+ years in quality assurance in aerospace/manufacturing
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and CAPA
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
