• Review, approve, or reject credentialing documents submitted through the designated credentialing
• Ensure each candidate's file is assigned the appropriate status and progresses correctly through

• Experience working in a customer service environment, with the ability to communicate
• Typing speed of approximately 40–50 words per minute, supporting efficient documentation review and
