Quality Assurance Technician (3rd Shift)

📋 Description

• Ensure the laboratories are clean and well-organized at all times.
• Conduct physical stability testing (bulk density, pH, moisture, particles) on bulk powder.
• Conduct final testing on finished goods (headspace O2, leak, fill weight).
• Sample incoming raw materials and enter data to support release.
• Hold raw materials, bulk powder and finished goods per Quality Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cGLP and cGMP required.
• Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry or Food Science preferred.
• Experience in an FDA regulated environment preferred.
• Highly adaptable to changes in manufacturing.
• Experience with DEACOM, Sartorius, CEM preferred.
