Quality Conformity Engineer - Production

📋 Description

• Execute product conformity controls and quality inspections per specifications
• Create and validate conformity certification documentation for builds
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Oversee blocked/quarantined material and scrap control in area
• Contribute to Quality Assurance plans and audits
• Participate in APQP elements (xFMEA, CP, MSA) and KPI monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Technical education in electronics/mechanics/mechatronics; 8+ years QA experience
• Proven experience with conformity control, evaluation/validation, inspection methods
• Ability to read/interpret engineering docs; SAP experience; CoC preparation
• Strong in process discipline, QA software tools, and MS Office
• Independent worker with team collaboration and good communication in English; German a plus
• Willingness for shifts and business trips
