Quality & Continuous Improvement Technician

📋 Description

• Perform daily floor observations to identify quality escapes and defects.
• Serve as first-responder for quality issues affecting product flow.
• Document non-conformances and corrective actions in ERP/WMS.
• Collaborate with supervisors, leads, and technicians to implement improvements and SOPs.
• Track and trend quality metrics; present findings to the Quality Manager.
• Support internal QMS audits and SOP updates on the shop floor.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience using ERP or WMS for logging, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to read work instructions, SOPs, order docs, and drawings.
• Strong analytical skills; identify defects and root causes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
