Conduct QC audits of mortgage origination and servicing to ensure compliance.
Review loan files and underwriting decisions to identify deficiencies and trends.
Partner with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve audit findings.
Analyze audit results, perform root-cause analysis, and prepare actionable reports.
Prepare responses to external audit findings and assist with self-reporting.
Stay current on federal and state regulations, investor requirements, and agency guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in mortgage origination or servicing QC.
1+ years reviewing mortgage files for investor/agency guidelines.
Strong understanding of TRID and related federal mortgage regulations.
