Quality Control Co-ordinator

📋 Description

• The purpose of this role is to support the maintenance of the IQC (Internal Quality Control) and
• This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9:30 till 17:30.
• Maintain and complete calibrations of all equipment across the Business Unit.
• Ensure that Cultures required for the Media Quality control are maintained.
• Report and investigate any media quality control failures without delay.
• Carry out and support NCW investigations for sterility failures, QC failures, EQA failures and any

🎯 Requirements

• GCSE's in Maths and Science, or equivalent.
• Laboratory experience and knowledge of UKAS and ISO methods will be of advantage.
• Experience in working in part of a team.
• Good origination and time management.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to self-motivate.
