Quality Control Engineer, Analytical Methods

📋 Description

• Interface with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to
• Build and document end-to-end development workflows for new analytical methods, including scoping
• Maintain and continuously improve the training program for new analytical methods, ensuring
• Partner with the Lab Manager to diagnose and resolve instrument excursions, performance drift, and
• Serve as a technical leader in root-cause investigations and corrective-action efforts for

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced understanding of measurement system analysis, sampling plans, hypothesis testing, and
• Structured problem-solving (8D) and analytical skills, including strong technical skills in
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented with
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or similar fields
• Experience with ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC
