Quality Control Engineer III (Hybrid - Portland, OR)

📋 Description

• Design, write, and maintain manual and automated tests for features.
• Partner with engineering to improve test coverage and delivery.
• Lead automated UI tests with minimal ramp-up and guide testing practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and train peers in testing practices.
• Develop and enhance testing frameworks and CI/CD quality integrations.
• Work in a hybrid environment near listed Energy Solutions offices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Six years of software testing experience in a professional setting.
• Experience designing, developing, and executing test automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Pytest, or similar.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to share findings with stakeholders.
