Quality Control Inspector- US Shift

📋 Description

• Remote inspection: Review part photographs, First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), and other
• Part release: Release all conforming parts by completing transactions in Fictiv's ERP system
• Compliance document review: Review and verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and other
• Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate between manufacturing partners, customers, and internal
• Part rejection: Provide clear, timely information to manufacturing partners about the reason(s) for
• Nonconformance reporting: Enter nonconformance information into Fictiv's proprietary Workbench

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience.
• Experience with 3D printed, CNC machined, injection moulded, and sheet metal fabricated parts
• Working knowledge of GD&T and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with reviewing Material Test Certificates and inspection documentation against ASME
• A minimum of 3 years working U.S. business hours, or willingness and ability to do so.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills, with strong cross-culture communication skills.
