📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage QC programs for maintenance.
• Lead and mentor maintenance personnel in QC standards.
• Establish and monitor quality performance across maintenance functions.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and evaluations of processes/work packages.
• Ensure repairs and system modifications meet quality standards.
• Review logs and technical docs for completeness and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High School Degree Required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance; NDT certifications required.
• 5+ years in aircraft or U.S. Navy shipboard maintenance.
• 5 years supervising maintenance and repairs.
• Familiar with J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620.
• Strong background in inspection, verification, quality standards; QC programs.
