Quality Control Manager

📋 Description

• Lead QC across procurement, inspection, and distribution.
• Ensure authenticity, quality, and AS9120/AS6081 compliance.
• Oversee inspections, counterfeit prevention, testing, and MRB.
• Collaborate with Operations, QEHS, Engineering, Sales, and MRB.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce risk and improve quality.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and inspection priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of QC/QA experience in electronics components industries.
• Leadership experience managing QC/inspection teams.
• Knowledge of AS9120, AS6081, and counterfeit mitigation.
• Experience coordinating X-ray, decapsulation, electrical testing, and related lab work.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ANSI/ESD S20.20; Lean Six Sigma a plus.
