Quality Control Raw Material Analyst

📋 Description

• Support incoming inspection, sampling, and testing of raw materials.
• Coordinate sample shipments to internal and external labs.
• Review CoA/CoC and supplier docs against specs.
• Maintain traceable sample shipping logs.
• Perform compendial tests (pH, osmolality, conductivity, FTIR).
• Identify OOS/OOT and assist investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years in a cGMP pharma/biotech or CDMO/IDMO environment; commute to Bridgewater, NJ.
• Working knowledge of USP compendial methods (USP <645>, <785>, <790>, <791>, <854>).
• Experience with AQL-based sampling and statistical sampling.
• Experience coordinating sample shipments to external CTOs.
• Proficiency with electronic QMS/ERP/LIMS (Trackwise, SAP, LabVantage).
