Quality Control Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead daily QC operations to ensure accurate, timely test execution.
• Supervise Quality Control Technicians and ensure adherence to work instructions and methods.
• Collaborate with Production, Design Engineering, and Product Quality Engineering for continuous improvement and product integrity.
• Oversee test execution and quality oversight per control plans and approved methods.
• Support root cause investigations for failures, deviations, or nonconformances.
• Escalate technical issues within the QC team when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing quality or volume manufacturing leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Positive, flexible leadership style with risk-based thinking.
• Experience with metrology tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs.
• Experience with tensile testers, wire harness testers, PCBA testers, and ultrasonic testers.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NADCAP, ASTM, IPC 610/620/J-STD-001.
