Quality Control Technician - Mechanical

📋 Description

• Perform visual and mechanical inspections during receiving per inspection plans.
• Update material status in ERP/MES with inspection results.
• Report non-conformances and support root-cause analysis.
• Prepare reports on issues related to inspected parts.
• Review inspection sheets and control plans; maintain calibration of tools.
• Monitor environments to ensure safety and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Mechanics, Quality Control, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in quality control in aerospace/defense/high-reliability manufacturing; hands-on inspection of mechanical parts
• Use of inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, torque tools)
• Ability to read/interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection plans
• Knowledge of measurement principles and calibration requirements
• Conversational level of spoken and written English
