📋 Description

• Monitor incoming photography jobs, confirm they are ready for quality control, and assign them to
• Prioritize assignments according to delivery and activation dates, yearbook and composite
• Maintain an accurate tracking system covering each job from intake through completion. Monitor
• Ensure every job is reviewed within established turnaround times and that all required quality
• Follow up with photography teams when information, images, or data are missing. Escalate jobs at
• Report on job volumes, turnaround times, and backlogs. Serve as the primary point of contact for

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required. Postsecondary education in business, photography, digital imaging, or
• 2–3 years of experience in photo editing, quality control, production, or workflow coordination
• Experience assigning, scheduling, or tracking work for a team, with the ability to manage multiple
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities, monitor progress, and
• Comfortable using tracking tools, spreadsheets, photo editing software, and image management
• A strong eye for detail, particularly in image cropping, centering, head size, lighting, and color
