Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Implement SPC and FMEA to identify and prevent defects.
• Oversee QC activities: raw materials, processes, and finished product.
• Coordinate with production to establish standards and conduct testing.
• Manage non-conformance: investigate, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum education: completed related degree.
• 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Deep knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and CI methodologies.
• English proficiency (90%).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SAP system knowledge.
