Implement SPC and FMEA to identify and prevent defects
Oversee QA activities: inspect materials, process, and final product
Coordinate with production to set standards and acceptance testing
Manage non-conformance: investigate root causes and CAPA
Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvements

🎯 Requirements

Minimum education: completed related degree
5 years of experience in similar positions
Deep knowledge of ISO standards and QMS
English proficiency (90%)
SAP system experience
Quality certification (Six Sigma or ASQ)
