Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and scale test automation, quality infrastructure, and performance testing systems
• Lead core automation framework design, migrating from Cypress to Playwright and integrating
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and test failures, triaging issues across
• Drive quality initiatives from ideation to deployment with autonomy to pursue impactful work
• Collaborate with software engineers to understand tested systems at a deep level
• Contribute to raising the quality bar across the engineering organization

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years building and maintaining test automation for complex software systems
• Excellent programming in JavaScript/TypeScript; production-grade automation code
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional quality initiatives
• Ability to triage and debug test failures, perform root cause analysis on product bugs and flaky
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into quality workflows (test generation, flaky-test triage)
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving quality strategy and vision
