🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
Experience with SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
Proficient in statistical software and quality measurement tools.
Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
