Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with contract manufacturers to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers to prevent and resolve quality issues.
• Analyze production and QC data to identify trends and root causes.
• Lead 8D and other quality tools to drive CAPA.
• Define and improve QC plans across IQC, IPQC, PAT, OQA.
• Support NPI to ensure manufacturability and robustness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic or related.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing quality or supplier quality.
• Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or energy storage desirable.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers in Mainland China.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and QC processes.
• Based in Changzhou or willing to travel there; fluent Mandarin.
