Quality Engineering & Testing Lead

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the enterprise test strategy across functional
• Establish and lead the Quality Engineering practice, defining testing standards, processes
• Manage contractor test engineers and coordinate activities with client testing resources and
• Own UAT planning and execution governance, including test coordination, defect management, results
• Partner with implementation and business stakeholders to ensure UAT activities align with delivery
• Provide testing results, quality metrics, and release criteria to support Beta and Production

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software testing experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise QA or Quality Engineering organizations.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with TestRail and Agile testing methodologies.
• Strong experience leading User Acceptance Testing programs and coordinating testing with business
• Experience testing APIs, databases, cloud applications, and integrated enterprise systems.
