Investigate manufacturing nonconformations and customer complaints, driving root cause closure
Contain quality issues using 8D/5 Whys/Fishbone and verify corrective actions
Develop quality control plans and tests for mechanical, electrical, and optical subassemblies
Support supplier quality: meetings, FAI, SCARs, and DFMEA
Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen/5S/Six Sigma) to reduce yield loss and downtime
Implement in-process inspection and SPC to catch issues at the point of occurrence

🎯 Requirements

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
2+ years of manufacturing experience
Fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
