Perform in-process inspections on Falcon & Dragon components using drawings and CAD.
Ensure proper receiving and storage of composite materials per policy
Document non-conformances following prescribed procedures
Support QMS policies and lead continual improvement and Lean initiatives
Support MRB process by documenting non-conformances
Able to work all shift hours, overtime, and weekend hours as needed

🎯 Requirements

Associate degree in technical/engineering field (preferred)
5+ years in quality/inspection/manufacturing
A&P license (preferred)
GD&T and metrology tools experience
Read cure reports and vendor conformance certificates
Experience with ERP systems and paperless work instructions
